Don't forget to celebrate!
Truth be told, I'm not a big celebrator. (Maybe it's because I grew up with eight siblings and birthdays were so common!)
But we really should celebrate wins when we can, especially if they are big wins, like the go-live of a new AMS, a new website, or some other major accomplishment.
The fact is, there really is no "done" when it comes to data management. There will always be data to clean up, processes to improve, and new tools to implement.
But that doesn't mean we shouldn't take time to celebrate. Just like we celebrate birthdays every year, we should celebrate important milestones in data management. What have you done recently that deserves a celebration?
