“Quick-hit” Consulting

"Quick-hit" consulting services are for those situations when a full-scale consulting engagement is not appropriate or not desired.

Is quick-hit consulting right for you? Here are some scenarios appropriate for quick-hit consulting:

  • You have an existing data management system that works fine, but you would like some advice on how to improve its usefulness.
  • You're looking at new data management systems and find the choices overwhelming. You would like some guidance on where to start but don't want a full-scale engagement.
  • You're considering new software vendors and would like an objective third-party opinion about them from someone who has actually worked with them.

With quick-hit consulting, you'll get full access to EDM's years of experience at a fraction of the cost of a full-scale consulting engagement.

Quick-hit Consulting: $1,500

For a $1,500 investment, you'll get up to 90 minutes (cumulatively) of phone consulting, plus unlimited email exchange for up to ten business days following the initial call. In addition, should you engage EDM for a larger project within 30 days of your quick-hit consulting, your $1,500 investment will be credited back to you.

"Our money was well-spent on the meetings we had with you and the help you provided. To have you narrow down the possibilities up front was invaluable, since choosing between 40-50 systems would have been overwhelming for us. Your help in reviewing our needs list and suggesting questions we should ask was very significant -- you made us think about things that wouldn't have occurred to us otherwise, and helped us clarify and prioritize what we were asking from an AMS."

"I want to thank you for your help in evaluating my database software research and providing other resources to check out.  After a year of researching various software packages (there are so many out there!), your assistance made all the difference in moving ahead with a decision.  We will be launching a new web site soon and I'm looking forward to all the new efficiencies.  Thank you, again, for your time."
