Dramatic change does not happen overnight
Like most things in life, dramatic change does not happen overnight, and the same is true for improving data management. Slow gains add up fast, but there is no such thing as an "overnight success."
Identify one or two simple things you can improve in your data management. Very quickly you'll start to see gains, and you can then build on that. Here are three ideas that are very easy to implement. Choose one of those and start doing it today.
Once you've implemented one process, start adding others over time (maybe put a note on your calendar to start a new one each month). Over time you'll find these little steps will add up fast!
