Off to the Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit

I'm attending the Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit in beautiful Ft. Lauderdale for the next three days. Among other things, I want to get a sense of what the for-profit side of the world is doing with CRM. Everything that happens there will eventually affect the not-for-profit arena. If I see or hear anything worth mentioning, I'll be sure to blog about it.

Gartner is off to an inauspicious start. My name badge arrive on Saturday, just a day before I left for the conference. The reason it was late is because the envelope had no postage affixed to it, and had no return address on it. So I had the privilege of paying the postage to get my badge. Let's hope the rest of the conference goes better.
