You've probably spent many hours and many more dollars getting your database to work just the way you want it to. But there may be only one or two people in your organization who know how to actually use the database. EDM can help you "spread the word" by working with you on documenting all of your procedures. Training
One of the toughest challenges you face as a database manager is keeping your users up-to-speed on how to use the database.
