Database Manager for the Partnership for Public Service

Over the next six months, the Partnership will implement a new customer relationship management system and online marketing tools to better support its growth and rapidly evolving business needs. As such, we seek a dynamic manager with strong technical knowledge and exceptional communication and project management skills to lead this effort and provide ongoing management of the organization’s needs in this area.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 to 5 years of experience with  database and marketing solutions and experience leading a system implementation project. Mastery of MS Office and advanced experience with Excel and/or Access.  Must be detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Must be willing to coordinate and oversee the work of all program staff relative to the database and use of e-marketing and other business process solutions.  Strong work ethic and an ability to get the job done are essential.  Previous non-profit experience a must.
